The condition record starts at the crate
Each unit is paired with a reusable Sentinel tracker and condition sensors when it is packaged. From that moment, every shock, humidity reading, temperature and pressure value is logged with its time and place, through transit, storage and every change of custody, until the unit arrives at its destination.

Every event gets analyzed in context
A shock on the docks and the same shock inside a substation cabinet carry different weight. Sentinel analyzes each event based on the asset-specific profile, combined with the location, the weather at that time and place, and the project, then writes a short analysis with a status: high risk, watch, protected or cleared.
A Bill of Health for every serial number
Threshold breaches build a Bill of Health per unit, updated with every breach and kept with the asset record. Quality, service and project teams read the same file, and your customer receives a condition report when the shipment ends.
Claims defended with evidence
When a carrier, a storage yard or a site contests what happened, the record shows the measure, the time, the place and the custodian. Warranties start when the unit is delivered and installed, with the shipment record as proof.
Hardware sized to the shipment
Shock and temperature come standard on every tracker. Humidity and pressure sensors join as wireless add-ons for units that need them, such as oil-immersed transformers or equipment prepared for long storage. Tracker models cover positioning indoors and outdoors, report over cellular networks worldwide and return to your factory for the next shipment.

Standalone, or inside Salesforce
Sentinel runs with its own dashboard, or natively inside Salesforce. In Salesforce, a condition breach opens a Case, the first immobilisation at site starts the warranty, and project teams follow status, condition and location through a customer portal. Setup takes about two weeks.
