track shipments of multiple assets to one location in real time

One tracker, two records

The same Sentinel tracker answers two questions about every unit you ship: what happened to it on the way, and who owns it now. Quality and warranty teams work from the condition record, service and sales teams from the owner and site registered to the account.

Shipment intelligence

Shock, humidity, temperature and pressure are logged from the crate to the destination and appraised for the asset inside. Each unit carries a Bill of Health, and claims are defended with the measure, the time, the place and the custodian.

Installed base intelligence

At destination, Sentinel proposes the most probable owner from the location, the site and your accounts. Your team confirms, the asset is registered to the account, and a service opportunity is created.

Standalone, or inside Salesforce

Sentinel runs with its own dashboard, natively inside Salesforce or connected to your CRM by API. Setup takes about two weeks, and trackers return for the next shipment.

many ways to improve installed base visibility

One record for four teams

Quality and warranty teams read the condition record. Project teams follow status and location to the site. Service teams see which owner to call, and sales teams receive the opportunity. Every team works from the same asset record.

Built for equipment that ships once and runs for decades

Sentinel suits units that pass through ports, yards and integrators before they reach their site: power transformers, gensets, drives and motors, robots, compressors, switchgear, building access systems and medical instruments.
