EVERY INSTRUMENT ON THE RECORD.
Medical instruments, from factory to lab.
Diagnostic analyzers, scanners and bioprocess systems pass through carriers, distributors and warehouses before they reach the lab, the imaging suite or the plant. Sentinel logs their condition on the way and registers the site that runs each unit.

A medical instrument changes hands several times before it goes into service.

Lab and diagnostic analyzers

Clinical chemistry, molecular, blood gas and flow cytometry instruments reach hospital and private laboratories through distributors. Sentinel logs shock, temperature and humidity in transit and registers the laboratory where each analyzer is installed.

Medical imaging systems

CT, MRI, X-ray and ultrasound systems ship in heavy crates and are lifted, stored and moved again at the hospital. The condition record holds every shock and humidity reading until the system stands in the imaging suite.

Life science and bioprocess

Bioreactors, chromatography systems and analytical instruments go to pharmaceutical plants and research labs, often through integrators. Sentinel follows each unit to its site and registers the account that operates it.

Storage and transport conditions, on the record

Under the EU MDR and IVDR, importers and distributors keep storage and transport conditions within the conditions set by the manufacturer while a device is under their responsibility. Sentinel logs shock, temperature and humidity with the time, the place and the custodian, so manufacturers and their distributors hold the same readings for every serial number.

A Bill of Health per serial number

Threshold breaches build a Bill of Health for each unit, kept with the device record. Quality teams read it before installation, and your customer receives a condition report when the shipment ends.

Installed base behind the distributor

Units sold through distributors are followed to their site. Sentinel proposes the most probable owner at destination, your team confirms, and the unit is registered to the account with its site.

Standalone, or inside Salesforce

Sentinel runs with its own dashboard, natively inside Salesforce or connected to your CRM by API. In Salesforce, a condition breach opens a Case and a confirmed owner opens a service opportunity.

One record for quality, service and regulatory teams

Quality teams read the condition record of each unit. Service teams see which laboratory or hospital to call for installation and maintenance. Regulatory teams find where every serial number went and which site received it.

Built for instruments sold through distributors

Sentinel suits instruments that pass through carriers, distributors and integrators before they reach their site: clinical chemistry and molecular analyzers, blood gas analyzers, flow cytometers, CT, MRI and X-ray systems, bioreactors and chromatography systems.
