Each check is scored on the axes of your method against the checkpoints and the reference photographs. The score comes with a summary, notes per axis, what went well, what to improve and any safety observation. Where the photographs do not show the subject, the checkpoint is marked unreadable and no judgement is recorded.
Checklists that end in a verdict
Readiness checks end in a verdict, with the blocking items listed. Each item is answered the way it should be: a photograph judged, a photograph filed, a tap, a signed declaration or a typed reading. Every checklist produces a PDF record with the unit, the time, the place, what was seen at each checkpoint and the photographs.
Findings followed to the fix
Every finding becomes a task. A task marked done is confirmed at the next check, reopened when the finding returns, and escalated to the owning role when it waits too long.
